    Jordan is a Ph.D candidate who is currently working on a dissertation that considers the relationship between embodiment and representation in video games. His work draws heavily on queer theory, feminist film criticism, and game formalism, as well as popular visual culture. Jordan’s other research interests include sexuality, pornography studies, new media criticism, and phenomenology. Additionally, he has taught courses in film, popular culture, screen cultures, interpretation of fiction and non-fiction, and American literature.
